As I said in the "Who's who" forum, there are four groups.

Administrator: to be an admin you have to be someone I know and have the perfect qualities.

Moderator: to be a moderator you have to folow the rules ALL of the rules ALL of the time.

Webmaster:to be a web master you have to have the right qualities.

Designer: to be a designer you have to be a good designer. Cool
